Pillow Talk

Hey there, Stitchy Peeps!

I got busy with the sewing machine this afternoon and sewed up a little pillow using a stitchy piece I did last Spring.

It ain't perfect by any means, but I am pretty darn proud of it. :)

    Oh wow, I *love* that pillow!! The colors are just beautiful together.

    I'm envious of your pillow-sewing skills. (Actually, I could probably sew okay if someone cut fabric for me -- it's the fabric cutting that makes me crazy!)

    That is sew pretty! I love the size of the pattern. It makes the stitching show up good!!

    Yeeeeeaaaaaa, sewing machine!! ;o) You're way ahead of me--I've NEVER touched one in my life. Sewed a few things by hand (Barbie or dollhouse blanket or the like) as a little kid, but nothing else. Ironically, I'm far more comfortable with my dad's tools--the saws, hammers, nailgun, etc.--than I am my mom's...and you know how much my mom always sewed (and still does).

    great job. I was wondering (before I saw it on flickr that you got a sewing machine) if you did this by hand..It looks fab. I live the color choices and how the pillow turned out. FABULOUS!
