My current wip is something that I have wanted to do since October of 2011.
Lizzie*Kate's Winter Alphabet |
I put the first stitches in the day after Christmas last year. I don't know why it took me so long to get started on this project, as I had it kitted up and ready to go for quite some time.
I super duper love this project.
Each motif has been fun to stitch. And there is a feeling of accomplishment as each one is completed. That's always nice. ☺
I'm stitching this on 32-count linen, but I don't know any of the other details (though I am 99% sure that it's Zweigart). I thought I had put the tag in a certain spot, but I went to look for it, the tag wasn't there. Hmmm. I wonder where it went.
Anywho, this project rocks. It's easy, fun, and sweet. And cozy. And colorful. And cute.
And in case you're wondering, it was those pine cones that originally sold me on this pattern. Not that I would have needed much convincing, even if this piece didn't have the cute little pine cones. ;)
Next time, I will show you the Christmas gift I stitched for my mom (better late than never, as they say). Stay tuned.
☺☺☺
